NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 480, in Volume DI, Folio 15/123, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Chepkorir Hycinth (guardian), of P.O. Box 6826–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Adelaine Mckayla (minor), formerly known as Adelaine Mckenzie, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name as Adelaine Mckenzie and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Adelaine Mckayla, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Adelaine Mckayla only.
