NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 310, in Volume DI, Folio 375/3824, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Susan Muthoni King’ori, of P.O. Box 984– 00621, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Susan Muthiri Kingori, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name as Susan Muthiri Kingori and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Susan Muthoni King’ori, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Susan Muthoni King’ori only.
