NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 51, in Volume DI, Folio 32/200, File No. MMXXIV, by our client Stephen Ndiritu Kamau Kagondu, of P.O. Box 653–10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Stephen Ndiritu Kamau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Stephen Ndiritu Kamau and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stephen Ndiritu Kamau Kagondu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Stephen Ndiritu Kamau Kagondu only.
