REGISTRATION
NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of a Mitsubishi FH 2015 salvage, registration No. KCS 902R, the owner may collect the said property from the premises of Miab
Limited in Mombasa County, Ganjoni along Moi Avenue, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon proof of ownership and payment of outstanding bills, accumulated storage charges, the cost of this publication, and any other outstanding balances, expenses, and/or incidental costs. Failure to comply with the above shall result in the said motor vehicle being disposed of under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act by public auction through
Skypac Consult Auctioneers, without any further reference to the owner.
