REGISTRATION
NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KTL 824, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is at Shalem Craft yard within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidental cost, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceed of sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
