REGISTRATION
WHEREAS James Amoche Abisai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.65 hectare or thereabouts, known as East Bunyore/Ebusiratsi/993, situate in the Sub- county of Emuhaya, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at
Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 88 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of (1) Leonida Ambasa Amoche and (2)
Abisai Amoche, and whereas the said (1) Leonida Ambasa Amoche and (2) Abisai Amoche have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of (1) Leonida Ambasa Amoche and (2) Abisai
Amoche, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to
James Amoche Abisai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
