REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Muzee A. Koske Henry (ID/1766910/64), is registered as proprietor of that parcel of land known as
Kericho/Kipkelion/Chepseon Block 3/24 (Kipkelion), situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kericho
Civil Suit No. 37 of 2000 on 14th July, 2006 has given order that the rightful owner of the suit premises Kericho/Kipkelion/Chepseon Block
3/24 (Kipkelion) is Charles Chepkwony Tergech (Plaintiff), and whereas the registered proprietor has refused to surrender the title deed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within the period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed issued in the name of Muzee A. Koske Henry on 15th July, 1992 and proceed to register Charles Chepkwony Tergech (deceased) as the rightful owner of this parcel and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Muzee A. Koske (ID/1766910/64) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
