REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Michael Oluoch Muga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kanyamkago/Kawere
II/1814, situate in Migori County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title to Christopher Otieno Odira having been gazetted as administrator under succession Cause No. E161 of 2022 in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, Dated the 136th February, 2026.
