REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Lydia Wamuyu Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 0.0450 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Kiriira Mairo Inya Block 2/736
(Ndemi and Ngaindeithia), and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s
Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 93 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Mercy Wairimu Kariuki, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Lydia Wamuyu Kariuki (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Lydia Wamuyu
Kariuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
