REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Michael Kigen Bowen, of P.O. Box 50615–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, is the registered co-proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. 205, situate in the Nakuru District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 1331/2, and whereas the said proprietor has executed an instrument of rectification of proprietorship details
13th February, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE alongside partition, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of Registration of Titles Act and section 31 (1) of
Land Registration Act declaring the said title document unavailable for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the aforementioned instruments.
