REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Ndege Ocharo, of P.O. Box 21–40200, Kisii in the
Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property, known as Suna East/Wasweta I/6128, situate in Migori County, by virtue of title deed, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
