THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Joram Ototo Mogaka (ID/8773357), as a trustee for
(1) Dickson Nyabuto Mogaka and (2) Erick Sunny Mugaka (minors), of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 4.05 and 1.21 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kitui
District, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kaputiei North/1468 and
1469, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
