REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Isdore Andende alias Istor Andende alias Girato Akoi
(deceased), of P.O. box 61–50100, Butere in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. Marama Shinamwenyuli/29, situate in Kakamega County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
