REGISTRATION
WHEREAS (1) John Wakaba Njau, (2) Andrew Kamau Kinuthia and (3) Samuel Nguku Kariuki, for and on behalf of Mutu-ini 1962
Age Group Welfare Association, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 8469/75, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant registered as IR. 124216/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
