REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Mark Peter Ofwona, of P.O. Box 85436–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as
Subdivision No. 451/V/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. CR 12170, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
