IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) and 6
(1) (a) of the Sacco Societies Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)
Development re-appoints—
JACK RANGUMA as a Member and Non-Executive Chairperson of Board of Directors of the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 13th February, 2026.
