APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (3) (b) of the
Capital Markets Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning re-appoints—
Natasha Awuor Aduwo, Elena Natalia Pellegrini, Meshack Moses Kiprono, Gibson Kimani Maina, Michael Bowen (Prof.), as Members of the Board of the Capital Markets Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 24th February, 2026.
