IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Articles 83, 88 (4) (a) and (b) of the Constitution of Kenya, section 4 (b) of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Act, 2011, sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Elections Act, 2011 and Regulations 12 of the Elections (Registration of Voters)
