NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 179, in Volume D1, Folio 450/4218, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Rosemary Wanjira Njonge, of P.O. Box 31041-00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rosemary Wanjira Wanja, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rosemary Wanjira Wanja and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rosemary Wanjira Njonge, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rosemary Wanjira Njonge only.
