NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 061 in Volume DI, Folio 22/185, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Shanice Chepngeno, of P.O. Box 292, Ngong Hills in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Shanice Chepngeno Kiplangat, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Shanice Chepngeno Kiplangat and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shanice Chepngeno, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Shanice Chepngeno only.
