NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 118, Volume DI, Folio 23/188, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Norah Chepkoech (guardian), of P.O. Box 46788–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Lisette Chepng’eno (minor), formerly known as Lisette Chanya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lisette Chanya and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lisette Chepng’eno, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lisette Chepng’eno only.
