NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 152 in Volume DI, Folio 5/42, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Dickson Kipkogei, formerly known as Soleiman Mohamed Kosgei, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Soleiman Mohamed Kosgei and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dickson Kipkogei, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Dickson Kipkogei only.
