NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 312 in Volume DI, Folio 134/3809, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Idila Abdikadir Mohamed, of P.O. Box 15472–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Idila Abdi Muhumed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Idila Abdi Muhumed and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Idila Abdikadir Mohamed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Idila Abdikadir Mohamed only.
