Box 70601–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Njeri Wanjiku, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Njeri Wanjiku and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fiona Wanjiku, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fiona Wanjiku only.
