NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd December, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 18 in Volume B-13, Folio 2465/22561, File No. 1637, by our client, Cindy Mwethya Wanza, formerly known as Cindy Mwethya Patrick, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Cindy Mwethya Patrick and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Cindy Mwethya Wanza, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Cindy Mwethya Wanza only.
