TAKE FURTHER notice that failure to take delivery and settle all outstanding charges within the stated period shall entitle us to dispose of the goods by public auction or private treaty, and to apply the proceeds thereof towards settlement of the outstanding charges, costs of disposal, and any other lawful expenses, as provided under the Act.
