THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Githinji Jeremiah Nyaga alias Nyaga Githinji (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Kabare/Njiku/255, and whereas the Judge of the Gichugu Court in Succession Cause No. E118/2022 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Josephine Njeri Kamau (ID/9717002), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Josephine Njeri Kamau (ID/9717002), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Githinji Jeremiah Nyaga alias Nyaga Githinji (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
