REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jeremiah Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land, containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mitubiri/Wempa/Block 1/6348, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession Cause No. 1475 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Mary Wanja Njoroge and (2) Antony Mwangi Kagwi, all of P.O. Box 11690-00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the title deed issued in respect of Jeremiah Mwangi (deceased), has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 42, and 6th February, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jeremiah Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
