GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1631

WHEREAS John Billy Ndirangu Gichohi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as parcel No. Mahiga/Rokera/471, containing 0.43 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Nyeri District, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Othaya, in Succession Cause No. E50 of 2022, has issued letters of administration in favour of Immaculate Njeri Ndirangu as the administrator and (1) Anthony Gichohi Ndirangu and (2) James Chege Ndirangu as beneficiaries, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said John Billy Ndirangu Gichohi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, in favour of Immaculate Njeri Ndirangu as the administrator and (1) Anthony Gichohi Ndirangu and (2) James Chege Ndirangu as beneficiaries, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Billy Ndirangu Gichohi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
