THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Gachoka Njihia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nakuru Municipality Block 2/336, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas in the High Court at Nakuru in succession cause No. E143 of 2021, has issued grant in favour of (1) Grace Murugi Kariithi and (2) Susan Wambui Kareithi and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A 50 and whereas the land title deed in respect of David Gachoka Njihia (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A 50 in the names (1) Grace Murugi Kariithi and (2) Susan Wambui Kareithi and upon registration the land title deed issued earlier to David Gachoka Njihia (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
