THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bornes Tamarta Maritim (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Shawa/Gicheha Block 1/9, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas in the High Court at Nakuru in succession cause No. 416 of 2009, has issued grant in favour of (1) Bornes Chepkorir Maritim, (2) Everline Cherono and (3) Benard Kiplangat arap Tele and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A 50 and whereas the land title deed in respect of Bornes Tamarta Maritim (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A 50 in the names (1) Bornes Chepkorir Maritim, (2) Everline Cherono and (3) Benard Kiplangat arap Tele and upon registration the land title deed issued earlier to Bornes Tamarta Maritim (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
