THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Abdullahi Huri Ibrahim and (2) Fatuma Abdi Ali, both of P.O. Box 1998–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Mombasa/Block XII/36, containing 0.1148 acre or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa County, by virtue of a title deed, and whereas the parcel of land was illegally transferred from Ibrahim Aden, the biological father to Abdillahi Huri and husband to Fatuma Abdi Ali, notice is given that within seven (7) days, the original title must be surrendered for rectification of the register to restore the ownership to Huri Ibrahim Aden, failure to which the office shall proceed and expunge the wrong entries and rectify the register accordingly, under section 72 (2) of the land registration act.
