REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul oyugi Abuor, of P.O. Box 640, Suna in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property, known as Kanyamkago/Kawere II/3404, situate in Migori County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register of the said piece of land is lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue another land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
