REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Catherine Chebet Kirui, of P.O. Box 7–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in all that property, known as Eldoret Municipality Block 14/1983, situate in Uasin Gishu County, by virtue of a title deed, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register of the said piece of land is lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue another land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
