THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Komu Kibiro (ID/11099858), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land each containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Nyandarua County, registered under title Nos. Nyandarua/Wanjohi/1370 and 1371, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
