REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Deborah Jerotich Bunei, of P.O. Box 9221–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the personal representatives of the estate of Hosea Kiprono Bunei (deceased) is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 1/468, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a indenture, registered as Vol N43 folio 429/14 file 13502, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said indenture has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
