WHEREAS Betty Kadzo Baya, of P.O. Box 41274–80800, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. 4871/II/MN, registered under title No. 25872, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said has been lost, and notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
