THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Bibi Sayid Abanur and (2) Nurein Hamza, of P.O. Box 80000 – 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of leasehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 14867/I/MN, containing 0.0300 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and registered as CR. 67388, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the registered owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
