WHEREAS Samuel Mwachiro Jira, of P.O. Box 250–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownershipinterest of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 10736/II/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. CR. 49554, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
