THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Raphael Kakula Nzuki (Deceased), of P.O. Box 1358, Kangundo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor as lessee of all that piece of the land, known as L.R. No. 12715/197, situate in North West of Athi River in Machakos District, by virtue of a grant of title, registered as I.R. 44493/1, and whereas the Court in the Environmental and Land Court at Machakos in ELC. No. 18 of 2008 has ordered for the transfer of the suit property and directed that the deputy registrar of the court to sign all documents necessary to transfer the suit property, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
