PURSUANT to Article 164 (1) of the Constitution of Kenya and and Rules 20 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2020, notice is given as follows: The Easter recess will commence on Thursday, 26th March, 2026, and shall terminate on Tuesday, 7th April, 2026 both days inclusive. During the recess, the Registries of the court will be open to the public from 9.00 a.m to 12 noon on all weekdays except public holidays.
