APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) of the Local Authorities Provident Fund Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury appoints— JAMES MWANIKI NTHIGA to be a Member of the Board of the Local Authorities Provident Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th February, 2026.
