APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 (1) (a) of the Anti-Doping Act, as read with Section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provision Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— MAJ. GEN. ALPHAZARD MUTHURI KIUGU to be the Chairperson of the Anti-Doping Agency, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th February, 2026. Gazette No. 12632 of 2024 is revoked.
