TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2025
By (1) Perusi Sayo, (2) Gaburiel Omuka Echenje and (3) Beatrice
Siliya Edward, the deceased’s widow, son and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest
Echenje Ngollo, who died at Esirabe Sub-location, on 27th March, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E391 OF 2025
By Tadayo Unguku Kimanyano, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimanyano Sumba alias Luka
Kimanyano Sumba, who died at Kidundu Sub-location, on 5th October, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
