TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
THE KENYA GAZETTE 30th January, 2026
CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2025
By Samuel Njoroge Kamau, of P.O. Box 36–00217, Limuru in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
John Kamau Njoroge, who died on 2nd September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2025
By Tabitha Wairimu Ichangai, of P.O. Box 36–00217, Limuru in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Margaret Wairimu Muturi, who died on 23rd August, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
