Box 25–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeriah Kwamboka Karori, who died at Riuri Sub-location, on 27th May, 2012. CAUSE NO. E315 OF 2025 By Zablon Mayaka Obegi, of P.O. Box 148, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obegi Nyameri, who died at Ibacho Sub-location, on 8th June, 2001. CAUSE NO. E396 OF 2025 By Edward Asiago Ontuga, of P.O. Box 352, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ontuga, who died at Nyamwari Location, on 2nd August, 2021. CAUSE NO. Box 69–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Versivica Moraa Rosana alias Moraa Rosana, who died on 20th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E449 OF 2025 By (1) Stephan Omari Nyaboga and (2) Kennedy Obiero Aboga, both of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magwaro Ongongo Ngongo alias Magwaro Ong’ong’o, who died at Bogeka, on 10th May, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
