NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 28th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 738, in Volume D1, Folio 422/5125, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Gichichi Macharia, of P.O. Box 684, Kapenguria in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Samuel Gichichi Macharia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Samuel Gichichi Macharia, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gichichi Macharia, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Gichichi Macharia only.
