Box 98338– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Meer Vimal Shah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Meer Vimal Shah and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Meer Shah Dawda, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Meer Shah Dawda only.
