NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 161, in Volume B-13 Folio 22668/2475, File No. 1637, by our client, Lilian Awino Otieno, of P.O. Box 70601–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lilian Pamella Awino, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lilian Pamella Awino and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lilian Awino Otieno, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lilian Awino Otieno only.
