NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 614, in Volume DI, Folio 336/5001, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Hamdi Hussein Ibrahim, of P.O. Box 40923– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hamdi Hassan Muhumed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hamdi Hassan Muhumed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hamdi Hussein Ibrahim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hamdi Hussein Ibrahim only.
